Find Meaning in the Pain

Did you know we are meant to experience pain? It’s true.  Luke says in Acts 14:22 how we must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God.  When we experience suffering, the best thing to do is to find meaning in the pain and help others.

After I nearly destroyed my marriage to wrong choices, I was able to help other couples who were stuck in the same struggle.  After I lost my mother to her battle with cancer, my best friend lost her sister to cancer and I was able to help her through the grief process. God has put me in so many situations with people who are hurting from the same things I have experienced so that I can help them through it. We struggle in life so we can give other people hope that they can make it through their own pain.

So if you are struggling today, ask God, “What do you want me to get out of this pain? How can I help other people? How can we make it through this storm?”

I hope this helps you with a new perspective today and how to be a Warrior for God.
